Allow me to introduce myself, My name is Nathan Quang Pham, a seasoned real estate professional whose journey began in the finance industry. Equipped with a degree in Finance Analysis and with over 4 years deeply involved in the Real Estate Industry, I've seamlessly transitioned into both Residential and Commercial Real Estate Purchasing.


My journey kicked off as a mortgage underwriter at AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation, a top-tier lending institution in the nation. With over three years in real estate lending, I've honed a sharp eye for financial intricacies, mastering risk assessment, and diving into the complex world of financial viability within real estate.


To deepen my expertise in commercial properties, I dedicated a year to work as an Assistant to Property Managers while pursuing my Real Estate license. This invaluable experience was gained at a prominent Property Management firm overseeing more than 20 properties and managing over 500 tenants across Orange County and the Inland Empire.

 

The pivotal moment came when I assisted my parents in purchasing their first home in early 2022. Seeing their joy at receiving the keys to their new home ignited a passion within me. I was driven to share that joy with countless other families in my community. Drawing from my extensive knowledge in Residential Real Estate gained as a mortgage underwriter and knowledge in Commercial Real Estate as a Property Manager Assistant. I made a dedicated decision to become a Real Estate Agent. I aim to guide and support families through the challenges of home buying, leading them to that exhilarating moment of unlocking the doors to their dream homes.
